Amy
Arthur Packer lives in the Vail Valley of Colorado and is an innovative, results-oriented training and organization development
professional with over 12 years of experience working with teams and organizations.
She holds both a bachelor and a master’s degree in Communication with an Organizational
focus as well as a master’s level Instructional Design certificate. Amy
specializes in working with individuals, teams, and organizations to learn the skills they need to work together more effectively
and ultimately achieve extraordinary results. Her passion is helping to bring
out the best in organizations and their people by building on the strengths that already exist.
Amy’s experience spans many different industries including: hospitality, restaurant,
home building, real estate including mortgage and title, postsecondary education, and technology.
Amy’s services include
customized training programs and organization development initiatives such as teambuilding, leadership development, performance
management, and change management. In addition, Amy is qualified to administer
the Center for Creative Leadership 360 degree feedback assessments and the Myers Briggs personality assessment for individuals
and teams.
