Training Programs

Training creates an impact when employees learn the skills they need to do their jobs more effectively resulting in improved performance and achievement of business goals.  Amy offers interactive and results-oriented training programs that can be customized to fit the needs of your organization. 

 

Training categories include business skills, interpersonal skills, leadership/management development, sales, and customer service.  Amy will also recommend strategies for applying the skills learned during training to daily work activities.

Teambuilding & Team Retreats

Success in most organizations depends on the ability to build effective teams.  Teambuilding is an opportunity for teams to step back and look at their current situation and to develop action plans for working together in the future.  Teams work through issues and develop strategies at both a task (what) and an interpersonal (how) level.  The goal of teambuilding is to help teams acquire a better understanding of each other to be able to work more efficiently and effectively together to achieve their goals. 

 

Amy will interview team members before the session to determine the needs of the team and then design customized teambuilding activities that help the team assess their current situation and create an action plan for working together in the future.

Performance Management

Change Management

In today’s organizational environment it has been said that the only thing constant is change.  Change management is the process, strategy, and tools used to manage the “people side” of change to achieve the required outcomes, and to realize the change effectively within the individual, the team, and the organization as a whole.

 

Amy offers workshops, coaching, and consulting on change implementation strategies and tools that make the change process more manageable and successful for everyone involved.

Assessment Services

 

Center for Creative Leadership 360 Degree Assessments

  • Amy is qualified by the Center for Creative Leadership to administer 360 degree assessments that provide comprehensive feedback on individual performance from a variety of sources for executives, middle to senior level managers, high-potential individuals and managers, and individual contributors.
  • The Center for Creative Leadership is a premiere leadership organization that conducts leadership research, produces publications, and provides a wide variety of educational programs and products to leaders and organizations. 
  • Amy will coordinate the assessment process and then provide a one-on-one coaching session for the leader to review and process their results and to set development goals based on the feedback.  Ongoing coaching sessions are also available.

 Myers Briggs Personality Assessment (MBTI)

  • Amy is qualified to administer the MBTI by the American Psychological Association.  The MBTI is a personality assessment that is a practical yet powerful tool used with individuals and teams to help them better understand themselves and others.  After more than 50 years, the MBTI instrument continues to be the most trusted and widely used assessment in the world for understanding individual differences and uncovering new ways to work and interact with others.
  • Amy will help you determine if using a personality assessment is the right solution for the individuals and teams in your organization.  She will coordinate the assessment process and then provide a one-on-one coaching session to review the results with individuals.  Amy can also coordinate a team session where individuals receive their results in a team setting.  Here they can explore ways to work better together as a team based on an understanding of the similarities and differences among team members.
